Getting Started


Add Your Yearly Goals

Start by adding your goals for the year. Use the Add Goal button in the quick actions or click “New” in the goal database. Set an image, assign a category, and update the status when a goal is in progress or completed.

Plan Your Monthly To-dos Plan ahead by setting your monthly to-dos, goals, focus theme, and plans on each month’s page. After the month ends, record what you were grateful for in the gratitude section and write your reflection on how the month went. (The current month view will automatically appear at the beginning of the year.)

Add your Reading List

Add books you plan to read to your TBR (To Be Read) list include book cover, author, genre, and update the status when you start or finish a book. dont forget to add the start and finish dates to track how many days you spent reading, and add your rating, thoughts, and annotations on the book’s page.

Track Your Daily Habits

The habit tracker is set to create a new page for each day. Simply check off the habits you’ve completed in the daily habit view, or use the “Check All” button to mark all habits as done for that day.

How to add a new Habit to the habit tracker


Step 1: Add a New Habit

  1. Open your habit tracker database.
  2. Click the plus button in the property columns.
  3. Set the property type to Checkbox.
  4. Give the new property a name and emoji, for example, 🌿 Watering Plants, 🙏 Prayer, or any habit you want to track.
  5. The new column will appear, and you can tick it for each day or entry to mark the habit as complete.

Step 2: Add to the “✅ Check All” Button Property

  1. Click the property button called ✅ Check All.
  2. Choose Edit Property, then Edit Automations.
  3. In the “Do” section, click Edit Property at the end of the section.
  4. Select the newly added habit, then in the bar next to it, choose Checked and click Save.
  5. Repeat for all newly added habits.

Step 3: Make the Property Visible in the Gallery

  1. In the habit gallery view, click the Settings button.

  2. Click on Property Visibility.

  3. Enable visibility for the new habit by clicking the slashed eye icon to move it from the Hidden in Gallery section to the Shown in Gallery section.

  4. Repeat this process on the habits pages.
